Reservation Procedures for:  All Fishing Packages
When you reserve your package we will send you an invoice for your deposit, any relevant pre-trip information and our cancellation and refund policy disclosure. 
Fishing and Lodging Package Deposits:  To reserve and guarantee your Fishing and Lodging Package an initial 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 50% non-refundable payment in full is due 60 days prior to your fishing arrival date.
A Day of Guided Fishing Only Package Deposit:  To reserve and guarantee your day of guided fishing an initial 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 50% non-refundable payment in full is due 60 days prior to your fishing arrival date. 

A 100% non-refundable deposit is required when booking any fishing package within 60 days to your arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Disclosure for Fishing Packages:  
ALL FISHING PACKAGE DEPOSITS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. We strongly recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance for all fishing packages.  Trip Cancellation Insurance is available through travel agents to secure your 100% non-refundable deposit.  You can contact and purchase insurance through our reputable World Odyssey Travel Travel Agent.   For more information please visit  www.worldodysseytravel.com.

ANGLER HOOK-UP:  When joining another person in a fishing package we require a 100% full non-refundable deposit on your portion of the package.


Methods of Payment:
To guarantee your reservation we will accept a bank draft, certified cheque, wire or money order. 

In House Accounts:

Gift Certificates:
 100% non-refundable in any denomination starting at $100 or more.  Gift Certificates are redeemable toward any of our packages or specialties products, unless specifically requested in design.

On receipt of your deposit by Upstream Adventures Guiding Services Inc., you acknowledge that you have read and accept our cancellation and refund policy disclosure.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal items.
- We are not responsible for any changes or delays.
- We are not responsible for weather or unforeseeable circumstances.
- We deem and decide all circumstances.
- We are not responsible for your pick up and return transport unless you reserve transport service during time of
  reservation.  Confirmation of Transport Service will be noted on your invoice.
