David is a Red Seal Certified Chef and Owner of "Over The Top" Catering and Consulting.  He is a graduate from Dubrelle French Culinary School, his training is in French classical technique and international cuisine. As a culinary artist David chooses foods to present a melangé of reflective colors and flavors that will marvel your palate.  David's talent as a creator of exquisite dishes is to be experienced.
